can anybody tell me, did Spencer Harris frequent the racecourse before the wst, i had never heard or seen him, he just seemed to appear from somewhere, just like Mr Bean

Fairly sure some people on here have mentioned him standing at the back of the Kop as a kid.

Whilst Spencer Harris is not everyone’s cup of tea, if you read the article on the bbc, should all be forgiven for brokering this deal? Of course, those who don’t forgive will point to him having to do this before the club went pop.
