RIP Paul and my sincere condolences to Bev. I have known Paul & Bev for many years and in my opinion they are one of the nicest couples to follow Wrexham and Wales that i have ever met.

Absolute top fella, will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. Used to bump into him and Bev, all over watching Wales and Wxm. Thoughts with his family.

That news kills a great day. A lovely couple. Had the privilege of knowing Paul for donkeys years. Visited many grounds with him. Had a super night in Dover last season with Paul and Bev along with my son in law. Regretted it next morning after far too much real ale.

Heartbroken when I heard Paul had died. It was always a pleasure to be with him and Bev at all the away games.

Saw this on Twitter last night, really shocked and upset, not a big "mate" but Paul (& Bev) was someone I would come across at the match and at gigs, we'd always say hello, have a chat. Last time we spoke was in the Llangollen micropub about 12 months ago before a Gruff Rhys gig, there have been so many fond words written about Paul on social media last night/this morning, Johnstown was very well thought of the the local football/music community

Didn’t know Paul but when I saw his picture on Facebook, I realised I had seen him and his wife many times up and down the country at matches.
