Spencer has now confirmed the first move in this takeover was from Mark Catlin CEO of Portsmouth. A Portsmouth takeover was succesful in 2017 again brokered by Inner Circle. It may not be Moore, but this company will have their selected man in place ready to go as soon as the ink dries on the paperwork.

i seen the BBC interview with Spencer Harris where he stated the first contact was via Mark Catlin Portsmouth CEO , but i find it all very vague and no clarity as to why contact Wrexham fc, rather than any other of the numerous clubs in the UK.
Don't get me wrong i cant wait for this ride to commence and voted a big yes.

He was behind me and I had to go to work where his great niece/nephews go to school I was hoping he was going to follow me.
