Also, in that article, the only phrase "global force" is in title. The owner isn't quoted saying it once.

KM acts like it's some sort of bad thing to aim for global recognition. Baffling. Also, what's wrong with Portsmouth now? Their owner turned around a baseball team to win the prized trophy in that sport.

Keates should never have been reappointed by the current board who also lacked the ambition, or finance to fire him. Not sure you are right - surely the WST are still in charge until the deal is legally ratified ?
