I agree, which is why I think we need some kind of structural review from top to bottom so they can justify it and the decision will almost be out of their hands as it will be an independent review
Yeah, something like that would make sense.
I'm expecting hire of facilities for the players until a new training ground can be sorted.

Who knows? Even Colliers could now magically become available?
Probably buy Colliers back with loose change from down the back of the sofa.

1) Win away at Hartlepool
1.) Keates out.
2.) Darlington out.
3.) Davies out.
That's 1 priority not 3 separate ones.. collectively they are one big problem.
The sooner this is done the quicker we can move onto 2 and 3 which must be laying the foundations for the future and go for it this season before more damage is done.
Namely..
Replacement coaching/management team to look after matters on the field.
CEO appointment to fully manage all matters off the field.
Get these appointments right and each should be capable of taking on the priorities that follow.
I was thinking - is it going to be quite tough for them to come in and sack the managers / coaches straightaway? Not great PR really, even if it’s the right thing to do football wise.
With Darlington more straight forward as only need to state that fulltime coach is required- with him allowed to apply as any other candidates.

Other than appointing a CEO, I don't think they will be replacing anyone else right away.
For the sake of the documentary, they need to show us at rock bottom before charting our rise to the top.

No need to wait for that.

A few days filming now, some stuff about last season and it's done.

A better temporary training ground, Man City's old one may fit the bill for now.
