3. Hire Carden Park for training.

IMO those are the basic pillars for everything else.

To be honest there's not a lot of facilities at Carden park, it's basically just a pitch (a very good one though) by the gatehouse

Short term the players will need something fit for purpose.

Yeh for sure, I think a decent training facility is a big factor in attracting the better players, I'd try and strike up a deal for Colliers in the interim.

I’ve always wondered what people were referring to when they said use Carden Park, but I know exactly where you mean (on the right hand side as you go in)

In the short term Colliers has got to be up there and if we want to develop our own at the same level as Colliers so be it
