Now it’s confirmed what are your 3 highest priorities that Ryan and Rob need to do?

For me it’s

1) Appoint a CEO (Peter Moore fingers crossed)

2) A full review of the structure of the club from board level to coaching/ management

3) Following point 2 sack Keates/Darlo and appoint a Director of Football

I’d start offering the current crop of players a decent cash bonus to try and get up the league

I'm expecting hire of facilities for the players until a new training ground can be sorted.

Who knows? Even Colliers could now magically become available?

players bonuses are agreed before the season starts and i believe cannot be altered once the season begins

I’d imagine they’ll want to sell advertising space on the tv show. Carden would make a better alternative in that regard.
