As an engineer it isn't necessarily as easy as that and the costs of doing that sometimes far outweigh knocking down and starting again, and if they are doing that, why not elsewhere?

As much as I say this through gritted teeth, Shrewsburys new ground has worked wonders for them, it has a good set up around it, is easy enough to get to, though i am sure we could make ours look a lot better

I've not got a clue how much building a new stadium holding up to 20,000 would cost including buying the land.

It just feels more cost effective to develop the Racecourse especially as we are being handed a new 5,000 seater Kop stand plus we protect and enhance the oldest international stadium in the world.

Bournemouth who have only just been relegated from the premier league have a ground capacity of 11,364. The vitality is a modern stadium and deemed suitable for purpose.

Fulham currently have a ground capacity of 19,359. There is no way we are better supported than Fulham. However, you could argue that we would easily achieve over +11,000. I think an all seater stadium of +15,000 would suit our demand if we were to shoot up the leagues.

Surely we can satisfy demand when it arises. At the moment (pre covid) the demand is about 5k supporters week in week out. This might increase to 6-7k if we’re topping the conference or league 2. It’ll start getting interesting if we’re at the business end of League 1 in 5 years.

Put Wrexham and Fulham in the Premier League with 30,000 capacity stadiums and who has the highest average do you think ?

Bournemouth don't own their ground and are in the process of building their own.
Fulham are in the process of building a 11,000 seater stand to increase their capacity that would include a gym, restaurant and a rooftop swimming pool. Imagine that on the Kop stand.
