Watching Massey score against Zaragoza, what a match!!
I remember the bloke who looked like Kirk Douglas. He was a dead ringer. He was always complaining about someone. Great fan though!

I think it was Arfon's first game back after being transferred from Arsenal. Was it Peterborough? I remember being very impressed with Kev Keelan in goal. Two first division footballers, one ex and one soon to be! Wouldn't it be great if we could see that quality again?

On of the worst winters in memory, we didn't play again for weeks.
I was there on the kop too. Squashed!!Fans cleared the pitch but the terraces were still dodgy. Wonderful atmosphere, No trouble as I remember. Jimmy Melia destroyed us, but a great match in the circumstances.

Memory plays tricks but I seem to remember an evening match, standing under the Bushfield, and some fella giving Ernie Phythian stick. Just after he'd shouted "you couldn't hit a barn door Phythian", Ernie volleyed a corner over the bar into the bottom of the Bushfield and I swear down onto the blokes head. OK I'm not sure it was the bloke who got carried away on a stretcher but I didn't hear his voice for the rest of the game. my first time on the Kop was in 1956 on my Dads shoulders for a reserve game!

Equaliser v L'pool - Always remember my kid brother at one of his first games jumping for joy on his milk crate. Before he had his crate confiscated at Gay Meadow.

that incident with bottle during the liverpool game, i can remember it quite vividly, the scouser was quite a tall bloke and he was offering Wrexham fans a swig of his wine, a Wrexham lad took the kind offer of the bottle and then hit the scouser over the head with it and then the surrounding Wrexham fans had a game of footy with the scouser as the ball
