But seriously, it's not even been a month and they're probably going to have to compromise on quality, doesn't look good. Maybe Peter Moore can advise them on how to set expectations

It can't be a bad thing that we have an advisor of the calibre of Peter Moore who wants to "give something back".

The CEO appointment will be set up by him so whoever it is will be high quality.

It could actually be a good thing. We've probably got PM as an adviser for as long as we want him. If he'd been CEO he would have done 2-3 years max and then we'd be crapping ourselves who would replace him.

We can't lose this way.

Exactly - it was only a thought...Lets wait and see what unfolds. The CEO will be a really important position here in Wales and with PM advising over the pond, {as well as all the contacts he has} - we're really well placed. Now lets beat Altrincham tonight.

Bloody hell, talk about putting 2+2 together and making 5. Total speculation that they thought Moore would be the CEO. We have no reason to believe this was the case and no reason to start catastrophising about it!
