If we had a proper manager who actually played the younger talented players instead of his old buddies, then we have a squad of players that could actually challenge for the playoffs. Jordan Davies and Dan Jarvis should be starting games and playing in positions where they can create chances. I'd also like to see Redmond in there aswell, as this management team havnt given the lad a chance.

Keates and Co. Need to go. Most fans have said all along that we need to play our better attacking players instead of your Rutherfords and Durrell's. Maybe Harris and Young would work together if the players around them were more attacking, they could mop up.and give it to the talented players like Redmond, Davies and Jarvis. We can all see it, but the management cant. Keates got lucky tonight as it was last chance scenario for him? Nothing to.lose at 2-0 down so he made the changes early. Problem is them changes were early subs in the game but probably 12 games too late!

Doesn't really matter who plays in midfield if we keep lumping the ball in the air now does it.

A good manager and one or two (or more) additions and we can be confident about reaching the play offs at least.

The win doesn't detract from the first half performance though. Awful.

Just having a gander at the fixtures. We have a very decent set of games in January. Get a point away at Stockport and maybe we can try and build some momentum...
