It's been pretty clear from the outset that your attitude to the takeover has been set in stone and that local ownership in your eyes trumps anything else that could conceivably have improved the situation we were in. Your thinking is set to the extent that you will not even consider waiting for any more evidence and be prepared to re-assess your initial view. It's an illogical way to think.

So if you don't want to get behind the new regime and the new road ahead (or at least stay neutral until you see what happens) it really does therefore beg an answer to the question put to you by Hometown Unicorn. I'm not one for alienating a fellow fan of the football club - but the Wrexham area is big enough to support a small, fan-owned phoenix club, so seriously, given your views, why not give it a go?

The current regime didn't have the resources or ability to put together a winning team. Therefore the importance was cynically downgraded in favour of other activities which could be peddled as success like taking on the lease, and wales reserves playing a friendly at the ground etc
