I guess the frustration that the 98%+ fans have with views like yours, as expressed on here, is that we just want a football team that we can be proud of on the pitch and there is now every chance that will happen.

The club has been in private ownership for 147 of its 156 years existence and went into fan ownership only as an emergency (needed at the time). Your wish for continued fan ownership is now over, but can I assume you supported the team pre-trust and therefore you will continue to support it post-trust?

Yes to the first question. Supporting the club involves going to matches and making a financial contribution whilst following the club can take many different forms. Over the last 50 years followers have outnumbered supporters most seasons and by some margin in quite a few. Following appears more appropriate course of action for me even when the pandemic allows fans back.
