Players aren't and have not been the problem here, in the main.

It simply cannot be co-incidence that many go on to achieve more when leaving us. Our 'style' has been around for quite some time and ,as you say, does not help if you are a striker.

Unless you sign the right striker for that style (Denton, Rhead etc).....
But that means actually knowing what players would suit the style you want to play. Something Keates doesn't seem to be able to do.
