The inference from Keates was that a number of players claimed they couldn’t make training due to something Covid related, however that was taken on trust which then wasn’t reciprocated by those players who then didn’t do their training in accordance with the plan set out by his management team.

Travel for work has been sanctioned under the restrictions whilst those isolating for fear of being infected shouldn’t be involved in the match day squad and then if we had multiple instances the match should have been postponed! The only inference is that players are swinging the lead or aren’t trustworthy which can only equate to the management having lost the dressing room.

Players were static in the first half yesterday and showed no passion when they were rightly punished by Stockport, many shrugged shoulders. Whatever was said at half time had some reaction but by then the match was gone. Wrexham fans would support a team of triers but will rightly not stand for incompetence.

Players claiming something covid related sounds like you think they've been lying and nothing Keates said suggested that in the slightest. He simply said they were absent due to issues beyond the club's control.
As has been said by a couple of people, they came in to close contact with an infected member of the film crew so had to isolate so they couldn't travel for work as you suggested, and the match didn't need to be called off because they didn't actually have it.
Stop trying to create a conspiracy where there isn't one.

If it's Covid related, the match should have been off. I really don't get what he is saying, he's not the best to understand most of the time, it just seemed like a load of bollocks?

Imagine thinking the new regime will be able to go against the current covid guidelines set out by the national league.

This is the problem at our Club , you`re kept in the dark on everything , from players missing from the squad , players missing training (first ive heard ) No news on takeover etc, etc, That`s why there are so many rumours flying round ,
The Club is a shambles from top to bottom

The bloke is brain dead , lacks intelligence at any level , so cant explain himself properly , this leads to communication breakdown ,

I think this is the problem , Harris saw Keates as a leader who he thought could see what was needed to get results , unfortunately Harris put his entire faith in Keates to get the job done , but as we know it's Keates the chump instead of Keates the Champ . Even gave him a second chance .
