Very true, although if we've stuck with him a bit longer we might have been back in the FL by now. Sadly for him (and us) the WAFC board was desperate to get rid of Morrell because they saw him as Moss's appointment.

I know an ex player who commented on a number of occasions how bad the coaching and training methods were.

Apparently they were better at clubs he went out on loan to in the division below. Keates doesn't even speak to the young players. Literally treats them as if they were dog s**t

The only one who had a clue was Ricketts. Professional approach, treat everyone with respect and commanded respect.

The club has been run like a Sunday pub team for too long.Those at the top have eventually been hounded out

How is Darlington still at the Welsh FA if these coaching methods are so poor?

To be fair Garry if they were that good then perhaps we would see these coaching methods reflected on the pitch.

He runs a cheap attendance course.
He’s never been elevated to anything above that in all his time. He’s coached here and TNS, says all you need to know.
