I could put up with(or just turn off) the post match interviews as long as ne was able to reproduce a team similar to the one he left.
He was a great advocate of young, quick players, an enthusiastic coach and had more than one game plan. He insisted on a reserve side and used those games to develop his players awareness and tactical ability.
Don't give a toss about the arrogance or bullshit as long as the results and football are significantly improved.
What success has Saunders had at managerial level, two relegation's and any time he builds a squad capable of promotion he moves on too another role before he gets found out for clueless tool he is.

Jesus Christ. This takeover really has sent the Nodding Dogs over the edge.

You forgetting all the clubs he’s relegated since leaving us?

Have you forgotten he got caught driving in Chester pissed up?
Not sure thats the image the new owners would want for the club.

Besides that he hasn't had a managers job in years, the last few were disasters anyway and there are better managers out there than him that we could get under our new ownership that don't have all the baggage.

We're no longer shopping in Poundland, we're Sainsburys or M&S minimum now.
So we don't need to hark back to the past, cause a load of adverse publicity, piss a load of fans off, take a huge gamble and reappoint Saunders.

Absolute madness. Why not go the whole 9 yards and get Mills back as director of football and get Mike Newell in as HR manager?

The wst saved the club remember .... used the clubs own money to clear its debts which any other owner could have done anyway ... it’s just no real business owner would clear debts totally they would manage it and remain competitive. That being said the last time we were competitive, had a team that you felt could beat anyone in the division was a Saunders team then came the mighty saviours who put us mid table year on year aslong as they had control, he was new to management and up and coming, what we need now is similar where they have coached elsewhere etc but this is their first job looking to make a name for themselves and get us out of this league from there we look at the English pyramid.

We need a manager, new coaching staff and most of all a training ground, the wst would of been better spending the ward money in total on a new training ground. 1.something million and nobody can say what it was spent on that’s wst ownership!!

Cant agree with quite a bit of that . WST didnt save the club we did as the so called owners . As for spending loads on a new training ground to achieve what ? With Keates and Co in charge it wouldnt matter where we train ( anyway 2 hrs 3 times a week what a laugh !) . The reason we are in such a mess is all down to the football management plus Harris and Co who couldn't run a piss up in a brewery.
