Mark is entitled to his opinion, just like everyone else.

Personally, I think he is far too optimistic and lacks critical judgement. Keates and Co should have gotten us into the POs and possibly promoted in his first season. But he decided to move to Walsall at a very critical time for us, and his remaining understudies made a right pig’s ear of the remaining games, which caused us to drop away.

Spencer then compounded his HR mismanagement following Rickett’s departure to Shrewsbury: the Barrow will he won’t he? Bryan Hughes’ promotion from obscurity; and then the lazy reappointment of Keates after he failed at Walsall. Last season was dreadful; and this season seems equally bad. We are playing [pissed up] pub football and not picking up enough points. The entertainment factor under Keates and Co is well below zero. So much so, I get more enjoyment watching the bloody ‘Masked Singer’ with Mrs PD than watching the games via video.

If Mark is happy with this standard, that is up to him. I personally think it’s piss poor bollox we have to endure due to the Board’s run of cock-ups. If R&R and their new management team cannot see this, then I fear for the worse. Thankfully, I give them the credit for being savvy, sentient beings who can see through this pro-Keates bollox.

What if they cannot? We are simply screwed, regardless how many dollars R&R pump into the business.

The current model is screwed. My advice is: film it; bin it; change it; and bring some joy, hope and belief back to the Racecourse. Duw do we need it!

Your right though he hasn’t delivered this season and I’m hard pressed to think of a more unpopular manager than now.

Totally agree, it’s all a pile of horses**t; but the likes of my old man do read it, and the tripe that Rich Williams writes, and takes it as gospel. Same as the official website match reports. “ Mark Griffiths says we had hard luck; Rich Williams says we were the better team; the website says the referee cost us again “. And I find myself telling him I wouldn’t believe everything that you read from the likes of them, it’s propaganda on a massive scale, aimed at those who don’t come on here, who dont know what really goes on.
