For an idea of size i've been to Evertons Finch farm training ground which is reportedly 55 acres and very impressive and I think it has 14 full size training pitches so ours should be quite a size too if true.
9 acres getting binned off then?

Used to take my school teams to the Kirkby facility every year for 5-a-side tournaments. It was pretty amazing then before the new upgrade. Also used to take children to Melwood to watch training as a reward , always thought Kirkby was better.
I don't think we'll have anything like the investment available for a scaled down version of either.

I'm holding RR to the pledge of turning Wrexham into a "global force".

If we are going to be at that level we will need top quality training facilities right?

No more of this 'spiritual home' bullshit trotted out by the WST
