Sure the testing regime is nothing as strict in the lower elite leagues compared to the Premiership.

Premier league clubs are tested twice a week because they can afford it. Not sure if the championship have that level of testing but it's not mandatory at league 1, 2 or national league level.

A few 'covidiot' RP posters seem to be living in their own little bubble! Time to get real about Covid-19! The powers that be now need to have a serious discussion about whether sport should currently take place at all. Stop unnecessary travel, not only in this country but moreover worldwide! Unfortunately, 'the big bucks' remain the prime motivator!

That post was on the 5th and referred to yesterday so reflected info on the 4th.

On the afternoon of the 4th the health board tweeted https://twitter.com/BetsiCadwaladr/s...21726950842369

"Our Emergency Department at Wrexham Maelor Hospital is extremely busy at present. These departments have to prioritise the most seriously injured patients who need urgent care"

For that evening I was told by someone I trust that the 'majors' route in was switched effectively to deal with covid.

The '10 hours' may be specifically inaccurate, perhaps more or less, but there were certainly serious issues in the 'A&E' or emergency dept that day in Wrexham.
