An NDA absolutely would be more effective for anyone who has something to lose.

Obviously it's a civil rather than criminal litigation procedure, do I really need to explain why that might be more of a deterrent to someone who is financially stable or has assets (like Spencer) compared to someone who hasn't got a pot to piss in.

Nowhere in my post did I say millions spent on players, I was just pointing out 2 million does not go that far when we have to start paying people and the cost of running the club, a lot think it's going to be spent on a new manager and players followed by instant success for every Lincoln their is a Forest Green who threw money at it for years before going up.

Apologies JND, nothing personal, but we just need to lighten up, if R&R are good for their promises then we have nothing to fear.

We are all members of WST and regard them all as football buddies if not close mates. As for the leadership I dont think I have ever spoke to one, other than a quick word with PJ in the shop. I'm 100% behind the takeover and would support any legitimate outside investment but a tad disappointed as a fan base we couldnt have made a success of fan ownership and attracted more of our potential.

We aren’t all members of the WST, less than half of the match day attendance were, it’s 8 years on and you still haven’t grasped a poxy rabble of 400 people failed to once ever question the boards terrible decisions year on year.

That’s why ^^^ it’s not a success, it’s ideology rather than being a competitive business. Nothing has prospered under fan ownership the club went backwards year on year.

If r&r are good for their promises while the current board haven’t done as directed by the fans but your sad fan ownership didn’t work .... so when should the wst keep their then Dave? I never want the club ran by supporters ever again!

We have been hoodwinked throughout the fan ownership years.
It was fan funded but never really fan owned.
Simply run and operated by the chosen few within their closed shop.

Time for us to move on from this sad period of our once great club and let’s hope a brighter future is coming our way 👍

Surely the NDA would cover only the Takeover Process ? What SH could discuss about anything outside of that would be covered by his contract with the WST/club and of course personal integrity. Having never met the man i cannot vouch for his personal integrity but also have no reason whatsoever to doubt it.

He would have already signed one. You don't sign an NDA at the end of any process.

Yup, but I think it's possible to be subject to multiple NDAs at any one time.

From what I know, you have to sign one once elected to get on the board. If not you lose that position. Makes sense to sign one, but has been severely abused over the years.
