He should have nothing to do with any future decisions made on behalf of our new owners in my opinion. It will however be solely down to R and R to make that call.

I think that's the key. No one really wants Spencer near anything following the takeover as it will just bring back bad memories of a frankly disastrous period in the club's history but just get the feeling he'll have talked his way into a role. Could be wrong, and hope I am.

great news , we need a clean sweep of all WST board members and so called management and coaches , the club needs this to bring the supporters back together. Moving forward Harris must not be given ANY role in the club. Some of his and his fellow directors on and off field decisions have brought the club to its knees

Absolutely. It was hardly going to be a clean break overnight, no matter how much money is involved. In many ways this is the ideal season for all this to play out.

A fresh start and a new era in time for the fans to be back in the ground. That's what I'm holding out for.

Under the club stewardship of Harris , Jones and Co I never felt that the club was fans owned and it was obvious that a selected few thought the club was there to satisfy their own ambitions.
I really hope the new owners realise the division and hurt felt by many supporters wont go away if Harris plays any part in running the club in the future.

I believe this club will be stronger with Spencer involved. Not as the CEO but being a conduit with the Welsh Government in terms of securing a new Kop stand and maybe the training facility be it at the Groves or somewhere else.

There has been too much water under the bridge for Spencer to have the day to day running of the club but for us to be successful, it will need a team of directors.

The lad has worked his socks off for years and in no way does he deserve the vile abuse that he has got on here by those who have no real understanding of the club's history in very difficult times. A lot of the negative posters on here need to wise up and be reminded of past events and just
how close we were to losing our club completely. The WST saved our club.

The fans saved our club not the WST.

And if they had not received some dodgy loans we would have gone bust under the WST
