“13. The Buyer shall be granted a 60 day period of exclusivity to complete the transaction.”

Take 60 days on from the date of the announcement of the vote, and we come to Friday 15th January, I believe?

......mind you, that’s just the period of exclusivity for R & R to complete - presumably not binding in any way on third-parties such as FA, NL etc.

Yeah that means that even if another bid came in that was better we couldn't entertain it until after the 60 days is up

Not going to be today is it. Got a feeling the WST board will meet tonight or tomorrow as I think they need to ratify it then it'll be announced Wednesday onwards.
