It does if not fit for purpose.

Agreed. Why would the trust sack Keates when new ownership is coming in. Let them deal with it! Also, if I was Keates I would stretch the COVID thing out as long as
I could. If you are not playing you are not losing so can’t
Get sacked. Amazing coincidence that we are ok to play the bottom team on Saturday but covid stricken when we are due to play anyone else.

The crazy thing is when the take over finally happens they will be another influx of shirts sales and people paying for streams from around the world but the long suffering local fans will continue to boycott #notanotherpenny.

R & R committing 2m in the takeover-why should some of this monies 'hypothetically' go towards changing management. The Board made the mistake and they should rectify it.
We will need the 2m for enough other things given current state of club.

We won't get an apology from the WST but with the relationship with the fans being in tatters it'd be nice to see an olive branch offered. Sack Keates which we're all desperate for. Heal one of the wounds Spencer and Gavin Jones inflicted

For the takeover to go through as with no hiccups we cant sack Keates. In fact we cant make any changes at any levels. The buyers are getting the club as it is, and it's up to them what actions they will want to take. Keates has money now in his player budget pot, so really if the takeover wasnt going through then Keates would have signed a player or two by now. Problem he has is he cant as it will affect the player budget that R and R are taking over. Also, Keates isnt sure he will be manager following the takeover and if the new CEO or owners will be happy for him to go out and sign players.

We are stuck in doing anything until the FA have agreed to our takeover, so player recruitment and manager staff changes are all on hold until we get confirmation that the takeover has gone through.

Would be nice to hear some news on the takeover today wouldn't it.

I’m amazed Keates and all his coaching staff haven’t proactively gone out to find new jobs, before the inevitable happens.
Why wait for the bullet when you could arguably use the time left to get fixed up elsewhere?
Perhaps they have tried though, and there’s nothing doing.

DK interviewed for the Rhyl job prior to becoming our manager and was unsuccessful. I very much doubt there would be any different result today...

Cos if they're sacked they'll get a pay out. If they're not sacked they could still technically turn it around, I admit it's very unlikely but why would you walk away from a job in a pandemic?
