I'm not sure how much difference it makes in the grand scheme of things; but it seems like those paying out grants are pretty stubborn about it

Yeah exactly. I think it's a bit of a Mexican stand off currently. Potentially they don't want to make a rod for their own back and set a precedent of just giving money out in grants all the time

I'm won't be going till I have had the vaccine and that won't be this side of the summer. The reality is the ground will be bouncing with the over 50s. Just imagine the moaning!

That is the way I see it as well. This season will be played out with two matches each week into the summer. Play offs can be delayed as they did last year until August /September..

Unlikely. PL, EFL and National League will be desperate to have 2021/22 as normal as possible, running from August-April/May.

God knows what will happen with this season. Clubs will be more reluctant to play if they're only able to access loans rather than grants, and who can blame them?

Suspent the National League would rather limp on and try and finish this season.

Maybe they will halt north and south, but keep going with the National League. Gotta keep it on the TV! They proved last march they dont care about the clubs or fans just about having the league on TV and their flagship playoff final. They didn't suspend playing until the FA took it out of their hands.
