Just co-opt others onto the board if needed - as they've done in the past.

That is my guess too. How long that takes I don't know , and can it be done if its not quorate or a case of wait for elections ?

The 2008 version said for board meetings "50% of Society Board members including at least four mem- bers of the Society Board elected by the members or such higher number as the Society Board may determine will form a quorum. "

As I have said - just relying what someone who seemed to know more about it all commented.

Quorom refers to elected members not co-opted members. Otherwise the elected members could co-opt people of their thinking to influence voting.
