If he makes the wrong calls his future is on the line.
So he will be cautious.
3. You stick with what there is in the short term maybe a few twists here and there but decide to wait for major change at the end of the season. If things go well maybe the playoffs is realistic , but you ain't going to make a fool of yourself by sacking all and sundry and blowing too much cash.
This is a long term project so let's get real and just get behind what there is. The haters will have lots of opportunities when the new owners have a few blips@

Given the club’s culture over the last few years has been to ignore the youth team, make ridiculous managerial appointments, piss off the fans and (allegedly) try to get people they disagree with in trouble with their bosses, I’ll be happy if he stays ignorant of it!
