I'm really pleased the sale is going ahead but find it a little odd that no notes or minutes were taken of meetings between the bid team and R&Rs reps! Hardly just an oversight!

To be fair to Paul Cox - if he hadn't been at the meeting then not many if any questions would have been posed!

Was it a significant? I heard it was a tiny digit. Although I did hear that from bar staff, so it may not be true.

I heard £400 whether just him or as a group, either way he should not be anywhere near the board.

Anyway, not taking any minutes with regards to meetings between the WST and R&R is worrying, suspicious and unprofessional. Especially with all the other bids that failed with no info as to why.

If no minutes were taken its just ridiculous, you are attending as a representative of an organisation. Not to publish any minutes may well have been a request from R and R.

and that if the Membership wish to “hand over” the Club, there are much less benevolent buyers out
there than the current interested parties.'

Any ideas on the other parties and why they fell short? I think the members deserve to know.
