I've been going regularly since I was 4 or 5, but the first game at the racecourse I actually remember vividly was a Wales game v Sweden in 89.

Think it was 1964 would of been 15. A friend of the family drove us there & was sold from that time on Remember Sammy Mac who I loved due to his tenacity in midfield

My Dad took me to my first game against Manchester United in 1957 - he took me a few times a season (and occasionally to Liverpool) for the next couple of years before they thought I was old enough to get the train with my mates from Shotton for the match.
I rarely missed a home game for the next 3 or 4 years until being rejected by Wrexham (Ken Barnes) so I embarked on my outstandingly mediocre (but highly enjoyable) 'career' in lower league football.
It would be 20 years before Saturdays became free although I did attend most of the mid week games.
I've been very disapointed with the last few years, as most of us have , but the anticipation/excitement I feel walking to the ground for the match is undiminished
Wrexham till I die!

Been going on and off ever since. Best times mid/late seventies and early eighties. Looking forward to the new regime taking us forward - hope I have enough time left to enjoy it.

I went to a game at home and think it was v Bradford Park Avenue , I remember Schofield the goalie and Don Weston just signed , after that basically the John Neal years of magnificence .

Saturday 15th October 1966, went with my dad and uncle and stood on the Tech End to see Wrexham 6 - Bradford Park Avenue 0. Then on the Monday night we went to see the Reds play Southend, the league leaders. A crowd of 14,000 and we beat them 2-0. I've been hooked ever since!
