When did you start attending matches regular?
 

As per the title...

For me it was the Chesterfield 1 - 1 draw in 90/91 I was nearly 15 and it was £3 to stand on the Kop. I was almost ever present for the next decade and a half.

( the previous season I had seen a 0 - 0 draw from the Yale Stand against Doncaster. )

Not being from Wrexham i then had to rely on home games coinciding with our monthly visit to Nain and Taid - but probably got to about 10 home games a season.

Only went to a few games in the 90s before returning as a regular under Saunders’ first season.

Earliest memories is loads of away fans swearing at Rockin’ Robin after we scored and thinking that was a lot of V signs.

25th October 1969 - Wrexham vs Port Vale.

Ended a 1-1- draw

Then between 1972 and 1981 I only missed three competitive first team games, all in 1976 - one home and two away due to illness.

Think it was 1962 , possibly Notts County at the Racecourse in the old wooden stand on the Mold Road above the changing rooms. My dad took me and a friend , lifted one of us over the turnstile. Became regular soon after that , often wonder how much is's cost me over the years.

i think that Wxm v Vale was my first match too either that or the season after and i was so young the Port Vales fans left me alone and just beat up everyone else

A month after my family had moved back to Wrexham after 9 years in Leamington Spa. Treated to the Bobby Zamora show in my first game, and been hooked ever since.
