I saw pictures of them recently being put through their paces...under the Mold Road Stand.

I mentioned it in a post last week that the players need to feel like professional footballers. We used to take the piss out of new signings when they'd comment on the facilities at Colliers (i.e. they were moving to a big club). You don't hear that so much these days.

i can remember before Flynnie took over that training or trials were being conducted at the rear of the Yale stand, it will take time to access superior training facilities but at least now we know it will happen

They could offer a part in a film to some Welsh FA members , send a couple of bottles of gin , a couple of free tickets for next seasons games and presto you can train at colliers , easy really .

I’m sure that will be the outcome. £50k for women’s football is a smart move given that it’s one of the Welsh FA’s missions. It would make sense to see Wrexham FC gain more access to Colliers as a result. We get a training ground, women’s football gets a boost, the Welsh FA get kudos and R and R get a quick win. Happy faces all round.
