Plenty of other players with equal or more ability that don't have a court case hanging over them.

This isn't his first indiscretion though. He's previously been found guilty of affray and been tasered by police outside a nightclub.

Prior to that he's Been charged with a Section 4 threatening behaviour offence and was handed a community order and he's also stood trial for a racially aggravated assault of a nightclub bouncer although he was found not guilty for that one.
