I was having a think earlier about our best period in non-league and you could argue it was over two or three years playing 4-3-3 including that 98 point season. Now we have the new owners and finance, do we think next season (once we have new players) that it would be a decent formation to return to with the right players?

Depends on who the manager is and what system they prefer surely? Whilst I agree that it's the formation which has served us best down here, just feels a bit odd to link a formation change to having new owners.

I may be old fashioned, but i think especially at this level. Keep it simple, and playing 442 is best.

It depends who the manager is and what players they get. I don't think it's wise to say "play 4-3-3" before we even know what our team looks like for next season.

If you mean play 4-3-3 now, absolutely not. Thomas playing centre-forward with Angus on the wing means it'd likely be Rutherford who takes the other wing with the personnel we have now.
