Always puzzled me how exactly Swansea went from being virtually bankrupt, playing in a decrepid ground to what they are today.

Pity planning and development isn't something that is quick to start... Because now, while nobody is in the stands, would be a great time to both start on this work and also inject some jobs revenue through building contracts into the community.

The ground is dated.
There is little room to expand the Yale and Wrexrent stand, both of which need a full rebuild to incorporate decent facilities for supporters.
The new kop development could incorporate new changing rooms and offices together with a club shop / ticket office.
That would enable the underside of the Yale to be redeveloped to incorporate better toilets and catering.
Discussions with the UNI to build that stand out to the fence line would allow the same kind of development of facilities. Might be a problem with the trees though.
Alternative is - Relocate.

Spread out when the whole country has been vaccinated ? If that is the situation there will be civil unrest and rightly so.
