I get that the system didn't charge delivery - it's a shocking oversight but things happen. But where are the physical bottles now? Where they sold before they had them?

My guess is we sold too many and didn't account for breakage.

I suspect they've sold too many initially.

Makes me wonder if the early to mid April delivery for the pre ordered bottles will happen or if they'll use those bottles to sort those still waiting.

I'd be surprised if they didn't know where they are or be able to give an estimate on when they should receive them.
