meaning the club's PayPal account hasn't got an email address set up.

I was subject to two £200 card frauds a few days later. hoping it's a coincidence.

Don't understand why they have put another batch up for sale when they have fulfilled orders from the first batch, just causing more problems for themselves. Like many others I'm still waiting to be told I can collect, although haven't even had a confirmation email about the order. It will be interesting to see what they have planned with the signed label bottles too.

Payed with PayPal myself and haven't had any trouble the week since.

In the initial article it said the bottle was limited to 6000. But then in a leader article it says the initial batch was 690 bottles. So they sold out the initial batch very quickly, the remaining bottles are probably onboard a ship somewhere in the atlantic. That's where Brexit comes in, congestion/ chaos at UK ports.
Don't think the problem is down to just the "postage issue", don't think a count was in place i.e. once it got to a certain number a sold out notice should have automatically gone up...that obviously didn't happen as they oversold the 690 bottles. Unless they thought that the balance shipment would have been here a lot quicker (was never going to happen).

Surely, to save face and customer outrage, they could buy bottles from Costco or wherever, print labels in UK and have a third party apply them! How many unhappy customers are there who have waited for something they paid for nearly 2 months ago! It's their error but no hint of apology - wait or cancel your order!
