the new guys have been in charge for 40 days. You can't change the 'it's not my fault, i'm the victim' culture of an organisation in a blink of an eye.

Perhaps if the it director had spent less time bullying fans by contacting their employers plus creating bogus twitter accounts/putting up youtube videos to discredit fans and spent more time on the it system, perhaps we would all have our gin.

Perhaps if the other directors hadn't alienated half the volunteers, DSA and various other groups, paid the season ticket money, put a former director under a bus whilst always saying they were the victim, the organisation would know how to 'own' a problem and resolve it quickly.

OK so you have issues with the previous owners. But on the matter of a few bottles of gin have you not considered asking the new guys to step in and help you?

Firstly I was a previous owner. I don't have issues with myself, I have issues that the former directors didn't treat me as an owner or as a valued customer. It's interesting that you don't see a wst member as an owner.

This is exactly my point... Nothing was ever the directors' fault, they were always the victim and this attitude, this ethos and this culture has dripped down to rest of the org structure. All depts have only been led by example. All depts have become sick.

I have no doubt the culture will be fixed and the new directors will right the mistakes of the last ones.

Your agenda is to shift the blame of a broken organisation from the former directors on to the new one

And your other agenda is that what you perceive as sins of the son should be score settled on the father.
