Was a fellow premises and personal licence holder who pointed it out. He was peeved because he wasn't allowed to do delivery for the first 28 days of the first lockdown. The cent is licensed, the mold road is licensed but rest isn't and needs TENs licenses. People can collect via the cent and mold road or any bar in town that has an off-licence or delivery condition but as far as he knows the shop doesn't have one.

If that's right the shop would either need a licence or apply for a short notice TENs followed by a few normal TENS to do click and collect. They can of course do delivery as either the cent or mold road has a delivery condition.

With this in mind, i bought a bottle from Sainsbury's today just to keep me going

They applied for one at the end of last year.
