It's just incredibly weak management. In these situations you impose yourselves and be ruthless. There was blood in the water and we not only let our prey get away, we got badly injured when we should have made the kill.

This lack of ruthlessness will change once we get our new CEO in place as there will now be a cascade of accountability that there hasn't been at this club for decades.

People will actually need to justify themselves to their paymasters and I can't wait as it will drive a mentality of 'we must win' rather than 'we don't really want to lose if we can help it'
Nail on head. We went there with the wrong mindset, yet again.

a couple of stats to show how fragile we are

We've lost 8 games , all after we conceded the first goal.

In only 2 games have we got points from conceding the first goal , weymouth when they collapsed and Bromley for a point.

Team are fragile and or manager doesn't know how to respond when we go behind.

In our last 2 draws

Against Dagenham and Eastleigh we have let a team back after taking the lead

both in my view when we sat back ,

Again evidence of management or players being fragile.

Or in other words no leadership on or off the field during a game

The manager is scared, which shows in everything he does.

Dibble was in goal. He was at fault for the first but otherwise did OK.

But Keates lacked the confidence to go for a win, and there were too few leaders on the pitch when the going got tough.

Regardless, it’s now history. But will Keates repeat his mistakes on Tuesday?

Probably!
Given earlier in the season when we went on a decent run then lost we had a massive dip in form and confidence for quite a few games. I worry Tuesday we might see something similar.

For me though Jarvis has to start Tuesday
