Agree. The Covid dance along the pavements is becoming excruciatingly embarrasing. As for those wearing a mask on their own in the car.......

Arround Garden Village they stand in the road and expect you to go on the other side to avoid them !
These same people if told that wearing a mask till noon was mandatory would wear it right up to the last minute thinking the risk ends smack on time right plonkers .

Seems sensible mitigation, far better than those 'safe' places where because a chair is two metres from another those sat there are bombproof due to a tapemeasure.

Visors instead of masks is another one...
