Possibly because he cares so much it pains him to see Keates and Co still in charge.

I feel that when someone constantly says "look" before going into a sentence it is passive aggressive.

Along the lines of "ffs, stop asking me all these f**king dumb questions because I'm the boss and you've not got a clue what you're f**king talking about"
