I realise publicity has ramped up, but it doesn't seem that long ago that these shirts were fetching £40-£50 maximum, and that was in good condition and either size Medium or Large, not XL like the one linked

i could go asda buy a tin of beans n whack it on ebay for £300 ... doesnt mean they worth that much

It's worth what someone is willing to pay for it. Your argument is invalid because you can go and buy a tin of beans for 75p from the supermarket as supply outstrips demand. Not so with the Wrexham shirt in question.

Exactly, if you loved beans and there was only one tin on sale, you would end up paying a lot more for it.

It baffles me that I see shirts from the 2016/17 season on sale for £40. How many of those have been discarded, forever synonymous with the likes of Hamza Bencherif, Nortei Nortey and John Rooney? There's probably charity shops selling them for £5.
