To take advantage of this incentive, the players effectively have to rebel against the tactics they are being forced to play under.
Look even said himself that We gave Hartlepool too much respect first half , which translates to, he drilled the players to go out to defend and not attempt to get forward.
The buck stops with him, every time.
The players are scared of the horrible little sh1t. I’m sorry but I’m convinced of it.
They grew up playing football with freedom, and they became pros based on some modicum of ability.
That's coached out of them at ‘this football club’.
They’re under orders to play in a negative way.
Then Look throws them under the bus when they don’t score, complaining they didn’t do this or that.
Is he saying they’re defying his instructions, he’s telling them to get at the opposition and push forward? No.
Far from it.
If we had a decent manager and coaching staff, there would be no need for bonuses, we have enough ability in this squad to do better than the fans are seeing.
We’ve all worked for a boss who doesn’t inspire, and it’s fvcking miserable, I can assure you.
I think that’s what our players are having to deal with.

Unfortunatly that's what I was thinking and yet again we have player power taking over the footballing side of the club. Perhaps a better incentive would have been to drop all those not trying and tell them they are finished and play the players who wsnt to succeed.
On top of this we havexKeates and Co setting up the team etc and with them in charge nothing will change extra money or not.

If the new CEO decides Keates should stay it will be a decision based on advice from individuals with real football experience. I am not saying that’s the right thing to do, just highlighting that football decision should be taken that way. Our advisers will know more than me and you. To me of everything this is a massive step forward and one massively overdue and the ultimate failure of trust ownership.
