Hes been great so far, certainly going forward.

Whats the update, will he be one of the players back for Sutton that Keates possibly alluded to?

I hope so. We did well without him in the 2nd half on Saturday; but I think it'll take a bit of magic from him if we're going to get anything out of the Sutton game.

I'm a fan also.

If he can work on his defensive side of the game, he could easily play at a higher level.

Been our best player this season in my opinion. Offered something on the right that we haven't had for a very long time. No coincidence that a lot of our goals have come from the right.

Granted he's a little weak defensively but any full back/wing back that can both attack and defend at a high level rarely comes down to this level, and when they do they don't stay long until a league club comes knocking. At this level 99 times out of 100 with your full/wing backs you have to choose between a good defender and a good attacker.

French has some quality and pace and did well but as you say hes naturally a different type of player. Pleased with him as a signing though. Bar that red and possibly the dibbler mix up, hasnt put much of a foot wrong

He'll be a better player with French behind him instead of Horsfield. Think it depends what formation we play next season if he stays or not, because if we go to a back 4 he is nowhere near good enough defensively to play there. But attacking wise he's been decent and scored a few important goals.
