It's worth looking up other club's membership schemes to get an idea of what will probably be involved, although you'll need to factor in that these benefits are based on a season where there is no match attendance:

Wales (Red Wall): https://www.eticketing.co.uk/fawtick...mberships/List

2020-2022 ADULT MEMBER
from £15.00

2020-22 edition Red Wall Supporters Pack
Advanced priority on Wales Home Tickets
Exclusive access to UEFA Nations League & World Cup 2022 Qualifiers Campaign Tickets
Access to Wales Away Tickets
15% discount on all adidas Wales Replica Kit at participating JD stores
10% discount on all Spirit of 58 merchandise
Exclusive access to Red Wall / Spirit of 58 “Collab” range

Everton: https://www.evertonfc.com/tickets/memberships/adult

Liverpool: https://www.liverpoolfc.com/membership/adult

Man Utd: https://www.manutd.com/en/officialmembership

Typically, members would get early access to any 'general sale' tickets, as well as be prioritised for away allocations. They could also accumulate 'points' based on being a season-ticket holder, attending away matches, buying merchandise etc.

Think the best fan club initiative I've seen recently has been the socios one. Socios is a company who created a cryptocurrency called Chiliz, and you can use these coins to swap for fan coins/tokens. Those tokens can be used to vote on club decisions (usually stuff like shirt designs, team bus design etc) but also as a rewards system as well.

Bit of a publicity stunt but in the early days they allowed fans to select the starting line up for a friendly for a Greek or Cypriot team. They now has some big teams in football signed up as partners (PSG, Barcelona) and are branching into other sports with rumours OF an F1 deal, UFC and NFL in the pipeline.

My point being that members schemes can be more ambitious than giving people 10% off at the Bath store - and can be used for improving actual fan engagement.

Most people will join to get first dibs on match day tickets which is fine when fans are allowed into grounds, my red wall membership isn't much use atm 😔

Notice one of announced benefits is to watch a match with Ryan or Rob! Suspect that will attract a few others to join
