Obviously the remainder of the committee should call an SGM.

Going to cost a fair whack in zoom charges, resolution system and new elections.

Am I right in thinking there is no one left on the committee who has the technical skills to run the zoom meeting?

In theory they could refuse the resignations or will they break the rules and co-opt their mates?

Jesus, a zoom meeting is simple it requires basic computer knowledge.

You literally send an email with a zoom ID!

Re an earlier point.

The resignations have been posted officially on the WST site so are official and those members can only return - possibly some via cooption but that would be adding farce upon farce.

It is clear the mess that this board has created can best be resolved via new elections.
I have witnessed some garbage from the WST board over time but this really is a mess.

A group , including the football board, who almost took the club into the Conference North but have been fortunately rescued by a call from R and R's agents.

What else can this dysfunctional group serve up ?

And as someone said we have the right people running the trust and the board. Would we settle for bricklayers like Chester. I guess at least bricklayers are more useful than having a none professional stripper on the board.

As fans we are certainly owed an explanation by them regarding their catastrophic management of this whole process. The appeal findings were damning.

If they haven't already resigned they should.

The WST should be relaunched and rebooted with a very specific aim of being custodians of the Racecourse lease on behalf of the club and the wider community, and generally fundraising as part of that. We need some safe pairs of hands in charge to do that, who have some knowledge of assisting with things like charitable foundations.
Agreed. Wonder if there’ll still be people defending them by pointing out they’re volunteers so shouldn’t be criticised?

Criticism is fine so long as it’s fair. What is less palatable is the holier than thou approach adopted by some on here , and other sites , who feel they are beyond reproach..... and have the power to demonstrate it! Came across , by accident , a post of mine , on the war in Syria of all places , back in 2013 , which upset our lovable mods and earned me a ban until 2041!! Let’s get our differences, as Wrexham fans in perspective.

I believe the constitution requires a minimum no of ELECTED members. I think the board falls short of this so an EGM is inevitable. One thing that might come from this is a group of people who can now concentrate on assisting with the club in the community and maybe assisting in the regeneration of the youth set up, without the distraction, responsibility, of running a football club.
