It has to have helped, but the lay off has probably had greater effect and Keates picked a team who could best match Bromley's physicality. Morrel made a good point about Angus looking much fresher for the break. Fingers crossed, the 90 minutes doesnt have any adverse effect on Pearsons foot injury

My mates been working with the team on Nutrition too, in conjunction with the new conditioning coach.

It's all going to benefit the team, after years of watching part-time players running us off the park.

Standards have improved ten fold since the takeover was completed.

Humphrey was around the club for months seeing how things were being run, fed info back and as soon as the takeover happened the law was laid down for how a proper football club should be run and its showing

We played more cautiously today. Wing backs didn’t bomb forward but davies was pushed a little further forward.

What we do and certainly today was turnover the ball really quickly and we’re hassling and pressing up to the 90.
