Achilles injuries are killers for Footballers. Yakubu was flying at Everton, got an Achilles injury and it practically finished him. It's a bastard of an injury, feels like a game changer for us.

I hope we give him a new contract for next season now. He needs some added security and we can afford to do this. He will have a part to play in whatever league we are in.
