Just watched his interview after the Notts game, I don't want to be unkind but he is very poor, Why does he keep turning away when he speaks? He is very hard to understand surely he must get some feedback from interviewers, When he was taking his coaching badges didn't he get some type of media training?

Again I find myself in the weird position of wanting keates out but defending him on various threads! I actually thought he spoke well and seemed more upbeat than I had expected. He has a strong accent and wi never be the most articulate or inspiring figure but if you don't understand him that's on you not him as I understand every word

His own decision making will be his down fall and will likely see him gone in summer. So stupid not to be playing Jarvis before Durell, you can see in the ten minutes cameo who’s the better player.

You can point to the business done in January, with good reason.

Ultimately though this goes back years. Following the stripping out of the reserves and the youth there is literally nothing behind those on the pitch.

Looks like whats happened in Jan is costing us now.

Your right though the fact we are having to send players out for experience on loan with no option for recall is a massive issue. Huge risk took with only one keeper.

And Keates played an active role in that. A parent of a YT player was saying on Facebook a couple of months back that Keates hadn't been to see a single youth team game

Ive heard similar. Things need to change either we have a youth set up or we dont. Its half arsed and it shows when kids parents who are wxm fans would rather their kids go to TNS for example as the set up is more professional

No excuse for that.Keates clearly does not comprehend the first team squad should be supplemented by youths rather than loaning and not playing other team's youths.

Certainly did.

Keates seems pretty incompatable with how thus club is going to be.

No coincidence that no contracts will be handed out before the end of the season.
