Agreed. Why not get in a marquee name on a very short contract? We can afford it, it’d attract headlines. And is fitness that important in that role? Bony at Swansea was never one to run around much but scored the goals. I really don’t see other options. What Keates has just said sounds promising and must have Humphrey’s backing. Interesting!
